RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

How can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
The buyer (customer) must notify the seller (store) within 14 days from the date of delivery that they wish to return the product by exercising their right of withdrawal. Upon receiving the customer’s request, the store is obligated to accept the return within 10 (ten) days and refund the full product price without charging any additional fees. The store is also responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

What is the right of withdrawal?
According to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, buyers (customers) have the right to return products without providing any reason and without paying shipping costs, within 14 days from the delivery date. This regulation must be applied by all institutions.

Who pays the return shipping cost during the withdrawal process?
In returns made under the right of withdrawal, the store is responsible for the return shipping fee. Even if customers return products for personal reasons, they still have the right to return them without paying shipping fees. If the return is not sent via the store’s contracted courier, then the buyer must cover the shipping cost.

Which products are excluded from the right of withdrawal?
Products that cannot be returned even if the buyer submits a return request within 14 days include:

• Items that are custom-made at the buyer’s request or personalized through modifications or additions made specifically for the buyer.

Can a customer use the right of withdrawal if the product is damaged?
Legally, a decrease in the value of the product or circumstances that make a return impossible do not prevent the use of the right of withdrawal. However, if the decrease in value or the impossibility of return is caused by the customer’s fault, the customer is obliged to compensate the store for the product’s reduced value. In such cases, the store may pursue legal action against the customer to recover damages.
