How can I return a product?

To initiate a return or exchange process:
If you made your purchase using a member account, go to the My Orders page in the My Account menu and click the Return button next to the relevant item, then fill out the form to submit your request.
If you are a guest user, you can click the Order Details link provided in the post-purchase emails and then click the Return button to submit your request.
Once your return request is approved, the product amount will be refunded to your credit or debit card.


I paid by credit card. Can I receive my refund through a different method?

If you paid by credit card and then canceled the order, the refund will be issued back to your credit card. It is not possible to receive your refund via other methods.
Note: Refunds for credit card purchases will appear as a credit on your card within 3 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. For detailed information, please contact your bank.


Can I exchange the product instead of receiving a refund?

It is not possible to purchase a different product in place of a refund.


How can I return a defective/damaged/missing or incorrect item?

If the package or item shows visible damage, impact, or breakage, you must ask the delivery staff to prepare a damage report. Courier staff are obligated to issue a report for damaged shipments.
If the delivery staff refuses to issue the report, you can either return the item to them without accepting it or check the package at the courier branch before accepting it.
If no damage report is issued, it will not be possible to prove whether the issue originated from the store or the courier. Therefore, a damage report must be prepared.

If your item is incomplete, faulty, defective, damaged, or different from what was described, you have the right to return it.

To start the return process:

  • If you are a member, go to the My Orders page under My Account and click the Return button next to the relevant item.

  • If you are a guest user, use the Order Details link in your confirmation email to submit a return request.


Can the buyer still use the right of withdrawal if the product is damaged?

According to legislation, the depreciation of a product or the existence of a reason that makes a return impossible does not prevent the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
However, if the depreciation or impossibility is due to the customer's fault, they are required to compensate the value loss to the store.
In such cases, the store may take legal action to recover the loss.


I returned the item but forgot the tracking number. What should I do?

The return tracking number is essential to prove that you sent the return and to allow the store to investigate if any issues arise.
If you’ve forgotten your tracking number, please contact the shipping company and enter the tracking number in the relevant field during the return request process.


I damaged the product packaging. Can I still return the item?

According to legislation, the depreciation of a product or the existence of a reason that makes a return impossible does not prevent the use of the right of withdrawal.
However, if the depreciation or impossibility results from the customer's fault, they must compensate for the loss to the store.
In such cases, the store may seek legal remedies to recover the product’s lost value.
