How can I exchange a product?

Go to the “Return Requests” section in the left menu:

• Select “Exchange” as the reason for return/cancellation,

• Choose “Other” as the return type,

• Then click the Save button.

Once we receive the product you wish to exchange and confirm that it is undamaged, a store credit (gift voucher) equal to the original purchase amount will be added to your account.

How long do I have to request an exchange?

You can request an exchange within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
